Curt Smith, Director
Curt is a seventh-generation Hoosier with a passion for promoting sound public policy. He is Chairman of the Indiana Family Institute, a columnist for the Indianapolis Business Journal and The Howey Political Report, and a frequent adviser to national and state political campaigns and office holders, including former-Congressman and Gov. Mike Pence. He graduated from Indiana University with a double-major in journalism and speech and holds a Masters in Theology, cum laude, from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago, Illinois. Curt also was Director of Public Policy for Taft Law in Indianapolis from 2003 until 2015. He and his wife Debbie raised four children in Zionsville. His most recent book, Deicide: How Eliminating The Deity Is Destroying America, was published in 2016.
